About You
Most websites have an 'about us' section and it is good for you to learn about who you are dealing with when booking online. In this section we would like to turn the tables and Focus On You and your concerns.
Online Booking
Whenever you book online make sure that you can see the padlock symbol in your web browser. This ensures that you are transmitting your credit card information securely between your computer and our online real-time booking computer. This not only ensures your details are kept secure, but that you have successfully connected to our online booking computer.

The above symbol should be seen in the bottom right of your browser after you have clicked on the "Book" button. Almost immediately after booking you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email. This puts your mind at rest regarding any queries you may have over your booking as all the details are confirmed back to you.
Getting To The Airport
All directions to each car park are contained in the 'more information' links on the quote pages.
Travel Checklist
Make a check list of all essential documents that you need to complete your journey and go through this check list just before you leave. A good tip is to actually have them in your hand as you go through the list and then transfer to your hand luggage whilst in your car.
Here is a typical document checklist used when going on holiday.
- Passports
- Airline Tickets
- Parking Booking Reference
- Foreign Currency / Travellers Cheques
- Separate log of the 'Travellers Cheques' numbers
- British Currency
- Driving License (for car hire abroad)
- Credit Card 24hr cancellation telephone number
Copy of your passport number in case of loss whilst abroad
It is also a good idea to give your travel itinerary to a relative along with your passport numbers etc. That way you will always have an accessible backup of your most important details.
